Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We provide a 60-day free return service for all purchased commodities. From the date customers receive the goods, they can apply for return processing within 60 natural days if they are dissatisfied with the products or have reasonable return demands. All returned goods must maintain intact outer packaging, unopened product seals, and no man-made damage or usage traces. Discounted promotional products also comply with the universal return policy without additional return restrictions.

All return applications approved by our platform enjoy free return shipping services. Customers do not need to bear any return logistics fees, handling fees, or additional deduction costs. We adhere to the principle of low-threshold returns, reject complicated return review procedures, and simplify the return application process to save customers' time and communication costs.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and complete the inspection of the returned goods, the official refund procedure will be initiated. The official refund arrival time is 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing rules of the customer's payment institution and bank settlement system. All refunds are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) in accordance with the platform's unified currency standard, and no currency conversion handling fee will be deducted.

Return & Refund Exceptions

If the product damage, packaging damage, or commodity loss is caused by the customer's personal storage error, artificial damage, or voluntary abandonment of the package, we have the right to reject the return and refund application. For returned goods with missing accessories, serious contamination, and obvious use traces, the platform will conduct secondary evaluation and has the right to adjust the refund amount or reject the application in accordance with the actual situation.
